I’m not sure where to post this so forgive me if i post it in the wrong place.
My sister & her husband have been BLESSED with their very first pregnancy after many years of heartache.She is due next month & their baby shower is this Saturday.Can anyone suggest games for couples since our husbands will be invited?

make and print out a trivia quiz about the couple having the baby and anything having to do with the baby. have each couple complete it, then the couple with the most correct wins a prize. Maybe things like: what year they got married, where did they meet, what movie did they see last, what color is the babys room, or anything interesting you can think of.
You can also make a baby crossword and have the couples do that. I did this for my son’s party I had right after he was born.
another thing you can do- not a game- but something really special- is to make a Guest Book for the baby to be. Take a polariod photo of each couple or guest. Then glue it onto a memory book page. Have the person/couple then introduce themselves to the baby to be (like "Hello, we are your aunt and uncle…Stacy is your moms sister and I am her husband" above photo, then they could say "we can’t wait to meet you and love you very much" etc etc.). Have them decorate thier page with baby themed stickers and good markers etc. then after all pages are done you place them in the memory/guest book. when baby is older he can look at all the relatives and friends and learn who they are!

Get white paper plates and crayons. Have everyone put the plates on their heads and draw a baby. Whoever gets closest to looking like a baby is the winner. Do they know what the baby’s name is? Write it down and give people three minutes to write as many words as they can that have the letters from the babies name in it. Get felt, cut it into little triangles and use a safety pin to pin them into what looks like a diaper. Put mustard in one of them to look like a dirty diaper and put them all in a box. Whoever pulls out the dirty diaper wins! Have fun and Congratulations to the new parents

Oh boy there is alot lol…..well make a bingo card or sumthing like that and put the babys middle name on the card wit other names and who ever gets it right gets prizes…..Make people guess what the middle name unless u have it posted everywhere.

As people come to the Shower give each one close pin..And threw out the party if someone catches someone else saying BABY then the one that said it looses there pin..In the end the one with the most pins wins a prize.

No one likes shower games.
Try to adapt a board game or card game. You could do a Trivial Pursuit sort of thing about the couple or about babies. Maybe adapt The Game of Life to be about the parents’s lives. I’m not really sure how to do it without taking hours though, you’d have to figure out a way to shorten the games.

The baby names game. Everyone gets 2 peices of paper. On one they write a boy’s name and on the other a girls name. (if you already know the babies sex you could just make it boys or girls names only) And then put all the names in a hat by boy and by girl, have the mother and father to be pick out 2 names. The 1st one will be for the first name and the 2nd name for the middle name. Now of course they dont have to name thier baby these names. But it’s funny to get some pretty crazy names paired up with each other. Another baby name thing that can be funny is to get a baby name book that lists name origins and meanings and look up everyones names. Some of them can be pretty funny like is someones name turns out to be Hindu for ugly man. etc.

1 game is that each person gets a paper and pen then close their eyes and try to draw a baby. the person whos drawing looks most like a baby wins a prize. second, you can play the dirty diaper game. make a bunch of diapers with paper towels and add mustard to the inside of one of those diapers. the person who gets the dirty diaper wins a prize or etc. congrats on the new baby. hope this helps.

For the men… this is funny…Blow up round balloons (you could do pink & blue or whatever their colors are) and give the guys a diaper & diaper pins. See who is fastest at "pinning the diaper on the baby" (the balloon) without popping the balloon. This usually takes several tries. Also, we filled up baby bottles up w/ margaritas & handed those out & took LOTS of pictures.
