Create a basket full of cute baby things like diaper, booties, socks, etc. when everyone is seating, pass it around to the guest to look at they only have 3-5 sec to look in the basket…(put enough things in basket to make it harder)..whom ever writes the most….. wins pretty fun game everyone will enjoy it

the one i went to not to long ago, they bought a bunch of blue (boy) plastic safety pins (in the baby shower/ wedding aisle at walmart) you start out with one. and anytime anyone says the word "baby" and you hear it, you get to call them out and steal their pin. the one at the end of the shower with the most pins wins. give em a little goody bag of something. i won. i got six. it was hard for people not to say baby!

In my sister baby shower they did one really funny..

Ok get people in group of 2 one of them cover their eyes and give them a pudding they need to feed that over person but they can’t c when they r feeding that other person that why they eyes need to be cover and whoever finish first wins..

we had guys at my baby shower and we put beer in baby bottles and the guy who drank it the fastest won

Write baby items such as , diaper, crib, baby wipes on pieces of paper and put them on the guest back as they walk in the door (dont show them what they are). have them ask other guest what they are by asking one yes or no answered questions (Can the baby sleep in me?, no).
They can ask each quest 3 questions.
Have extras, who ever gets the most right in the end wins.

Have mommy bring in a plate of baby items (shoe, diaper, baby spoon) tell them to try and memorize as many items as they can, mommy then walks out, then ask guest to write down what mommy was wearing. have her come back in let them look at the plate again, mommy leaves now write down as many things as you can remember that was on the plate.

Write down the babys full name. how many words can you make out of the babies name.

Dont say baby, each guest gets 3 pins to attach to their shirt, if heard saying baby they lose their pins, who ever have the most at the end wins.

You can put things for baby in paper bags and tape them up then have people guess what is in them by squeezing them and shaking them.

You can have a blindfold diaper and dressing contest with doll

when i went to a baby shower they had us guess the name of the candy in the diapers(mushed and melted), guess how big mommy’s waist is now, and how much candy is in the jar.

I have a HUGE family and it seems like i attend at-least 2 baby showers a year lol but some of the games we found fun was the baby diaper game where u put different baby foods (some people use melted candy bars) into different diapers marked with a marker 1-however many different kinds of food (or candy) u have, and then u pass them around the room, each person gets a popsicle stick, they can smell, look, or even use their own popsicle stick to taste, and the person who can identify the most foods (or candy) correctly wins, its really funny to watch everyone sniff and examine the diapers depending on the crowd your entertaining, this could be fun, if your crowd is more "uptight" then u could go with a less "gross" game such as the then and now game, where you get a baby and a present picture of different family and friends and you copy the pictures (so you don’t ruin the original and can return it if need be) and put them on a poster board all scrambled up, then the guests have to determine which baby pictures are which person, or you can do the same thing just with mother and baby where you get the baby pictures and a picture of the mom and they identify which baby belongs to which parent, when using the mother and baby pictures it may take longer because u can have 2 or more different baby’s that could belong to the same mother, anyways the person to correctly identify the most matches wins. I’m not sure if either of these games are games that you or your crowd would enjoy but i personally found both to be entertaining.

with my first we did this game where you guess how big the mommas belly is with toilet paper!! it was so much fun! then there’s mashing candy bars in diapers and telling everybody they gotta guess what kind it is..it really grosses people out but its a blast!!
