Buy cheap little baby binkies! Then as the guests start arriving, put two binkies around their neck then have then walk around and talk to each other! You fill up several baby bottles with different drinks (juices,etc...) and see who can drink it down the fastest, or the potato game, you get a basket and have the women start with one potato between there legs and see if they can get it in the basket(put the basket a few feet away) and whoever cant make it to the basket (drop the potato in the basket) is out and those who make it the next round they have to hold 2 potatoes and so on until there is only one person left. Games: Remove labels from baby food jars, but number or code the jars. Pass them around and see if guests can identify the food. YUCK! You could even open them and allow for sniffing. Theme: If this isn't the mom's only shower, you could host a book shower. Everyone gifts the mom with their favorite book from childhood (or motherhood) and as the gift is opened, the giver tells why it was her choice.
